John L. Fallat
Of Counsel, Law Office of Mark A. Vaughn
John L Fallat attorney

I am writing here to share some important and exciting news. After careful consideration and many meaningful conversations, I have decided to transition from managing and owning The Law Offices of John L. Fallat to a new chapter in my professional journey.

As of July 1st, 2025, I have sold The Law Offices of John L. Fallat to my associate Mark A. Vaughn, a highly respected attorney who shares the same values and commitment to client service for over 20 years that guided my practice from the beginning. I am confident he will continue to provide the same level of excellence and care that you have come to expect.

While I will no longer be managing the firm, I am pleased to say that I will remain actively involved as Of Counsel. In this new role, I'll continue to work with clients and support the transition, but with more flexibility and focus on select matters.

It has been one of the great honors of my life to serve you over the years. I'm incredibly grateful for your trust, support, and collaboration.

If you have any questions about this transition or what it means for you, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Best regards,
John L. Fallat
